Micron Electric was established in 1957. Since electrification of automobile electric parts and industrial equipment. we have been developing and providing custom products such as resistors、heaters and sensors etc.. Trust and achievements which we have steadily accumulated are our property.

Quality Policy

  1. This Quality Policy is necessarily determined for our business in response to management policy for achieving business purpose,
  2. Here we implement below 3 points in order to commit to properly deal with the requirement (Laws, customer’ request, company rules) and continuously improve our management system. 
    1. Completely obey the law (legislation, company rules) and build mutual reliability.
    2. Practice management policy to meet customer’s requirement.
    3. Improve internal process by implement the below matters for our management and product quality etc.
  3.  Business plan set in the beginning of the fiscal year is according to quality policy based on management policy.
    1. Get rid of all of the waste. (Practice Gogen principles thoroughly [theory, rule, actual place, actual part, actual situation])
    2. Sound crisis awareness and Dissatisfaction of current state
    3. Each department manager completes every event with passion = Start building trust there.
    4. Company which could making profit = Profit first = To exterminate unprofitable products.
    5. All of the departments should further strengthen customer satisfaction.
    6. Completely follow ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 and check how it works
    7. To make good use of information infrastructure to improve the efficiency of office work.
  4. This quality policy should be published at every office. And every employees should understand it and engage in work.
  5. This quality policy should be reviewed for its appropriateness in the end of every fiscal year in response to change of society and management circumstance.
